Concert halls

The Romanian Atheneum. To 5. March 1889 was vorgefuhrt the first concert of the Philharmoni orchestra in Bucharest, in the hall of the Romanian one Athens around. In the year 1888 open, this hall became a trueful symbol of the Romanian culture and the people. Until nowadays it accommodated the first philharmonische orchestra of Romania and the demonstrations numerous world-famous artist, who is invited constantly here. Only one play time consists than 50 education concerts, with a diverse activity in the range of the Diskographie and numerous tours in all European countries, of approximately 400 symphonischen concerts, Recitals, concerts for chamber music, more as also in China, Korea, Singapore and Japan. The broadcast hall accommodates the demonstrations of the national broadcast orchestra and 1928 was based. The

orchestra plays already since 1932 in the public play time, which takes place regularly between Octobers and June. The photographs for radio endings, the Diskographie, the television filmings and the live one - transmissions (sometimes on international level, by the European radio union) of the concerts of the play time multiply the production of this elite ensemble, registered with important national and international prices - “Charles Cros” - France; “Puerta del Sol” - Uruguay; “Koussevitzky” - the USA.
